Just finished this book.  For anyone who’s every worked in the service industry, this book will for 200 glorious pages help you realize that you’re not alone in the miserable world that can be serving the general public.  Caitlin Kelly perfectly identifies all that is wrong with the modern retail business model in which so called “brand-ambassadors” are abused daily on the sales floor with little to no support from “we-know-best-corporate.” …now if only things could change.
