Stumbled upon these while playing on YouTube yesterday. I find the majority to be hilarious, but then again, I’ve bartended for many years. I think the point is that in today’s society customer service is about letting customers act like children. The responses that the bartender displays are just as childish as his customers. Anyway, there are quite a few, and if you’ve ever bartended, you’ll probably love them. My favorite is the mojitio one, simply because making mojitos is not the sexually glorified process that Bacardi makes it to be, but rather a time-consuming pain in the ass. |
